.THE STORY OF “SUNNY BUNGALOW”

My name is Maria, and I am a co-owner of the Sunny Bungalow hotel. I am happy to share the story of the hotel with you—a story that began in my childhood.

When I was five years old, my parents and I often visited the Shatsk Lakes. To me, these places were always associated with freedom, warmth and incredible nature. I fell in love forever with the mirror-like surface of the lake at dawn, the gentle rays of the sun and the scent of pine needles after the rain.

When I turned ten, our family bought a plot of land here, where we would set up camp and enjoy a simple life in nature. But if you knew my mother, you would understand at once that camping was not her style—especially after the night when heavy rain literally flooded us. That was when our family had an idea: “What if there were a hotel here where closeness to nature could be combined with comfort?”

We wanted to create more than just a place to spend the night: a true home in nature that people would want to return to again and again. That is how our concept was born, and we brought it to life:

The standard quadruple room is designed for romantic moments for two and happy family days surrounded by nature. The spacious 25 m² room includes a double bed, a sofa bed, a private kitchen and a private bathroom.

The superior quadruple room is a comfortable 31 m² room designed for a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature. It has a private kitchen, a terrace and a balcony overlooking the garden, a double bed, a sofa bed, a private bathroom and high-speed Wi-Fi.

.04 Family Room (2 Rooms) for 6 Guests

.05 Two-Storey Suite for 6 Guests

Two separate rooms, a private kitchen and a cosy terrace create the atmosphere of a real country house, where you can relax with family or friends. A view of the green garden, air conditioning and thoughtfully planned amenities.

.06 Standard House for 8 Guests (4 Rooms)

180 m² of space, four separate bedrooms, a private kitchen, a large green area, a cosy gazebo and two private parking spaces.
